Our hope is to walk alongside your church in order to promote wholeness, wellness, and restoration. Our model is built on the foundation of three core tenets we believe to be vital in building up healthy & resilient communities — mental health, sabbath rest, and community.

OUR APPROACH

OUR FOUNDATION

  • There has been an increased sensitivity and openness to conversations surrounding mental health in the church over recent years. But, according to a recent study, while 74% of pastors reported that they frequently address mental health issues in their sermons, only 12% reported that their congregations were "very well prepared" to deal with mental health issues. • Burnout is an epidemic sweeping across the worldwide church. Over 40% of pastors now show a high risk of burnout, admitting they have given serious consideration to quitting full-time ministry over the past year. Rest was modeled by God in Genesis and we believe it’s the weapon he’s equipped us with to battle against burnout. DIVE DEEPER →

  • In a recent survey by Cigna, 43% of people say they feel isolated from others. God is a communal God and calls us to live in community, as well. We believe community with God and each other in its healthiest forms is vital for building a lasting wellness. DIVE DEEPER →

OUR PURPOSE —

We believe that thriving and resilient leaders are essential for strong and vibrant communities. We also believe that longevity in a life of ministry is something the Lord desires for us (Hebrews 12:1-3). Through our offerings we strive to equip organizations with the tools and knowledge they need to support their leaders and members in order to maintain fruitful and joyful ministries. Our goal is to create a culture that multiplies within the church to value and prioritize wellness for all.
